How do I send a message to an employee at a CT74?

1. Tap the Supervisor button on the touchscreen of the clock. The Identification screen will display.
2. Using either a face, PIN or badge enter supervisor mode.
3. At the Employe selection screen, tap on the name of the desired employee.
4. Tap Messaging. Select to send a sound message or a text message.
5. Use the left and/or right arrows to select the desired sound or text message.
6. At the confirmation screen select Yes. On the next punch the employee will receive the sound or text message.
7. Once finished tap the back button to return to the default screen.
